1. How can I get access to eReports?
eReports require a Secret Key to get initial access to eReports. You must complete an online training session and the QIP team will email your Secret Key

2. When I log into eReports, I can view data for all of the Clinical Measures in the QIP. Does this mean I need to submit data for ALL of the measures, or should I only focus on the measures that apply to my practice site?
While you can access data for all of the measures, your performance is only being measured for the clinical measures that apply to your practice type.

3. Are these the final denominator lists for the measurement year?
The denominator list for the selected measure does not apply continuous enrollment criteria. The eligible population used to calculate the final scores for all measures is defined as capitated Medi-Cal members. For measures in the Clinical domain, the member also has to be continuously enrolled with a PCP site, with continuous enrollment defined as being assigned for nine out of the 12 months between 1/1/2018 and 12/31/2018. Medi-Medi or dually eligible members are excluded from all measures.

4. Where can I find more information on the QIP?

5. Will eReports reflect my uploaded data right away?

No. eReports data is refreshed after 5 p.m. on the last day of the business week. Monday is the best day of the week to check for your most updated scores, but please allow 7 business days from previous week’s last day of the business week.

6. Where can I find data about my non-clinical measures?
eReports only tracks your clinical measures. For progress on your non-clinical measures, please sign in with your eReports username and password and click the Partnership Quality Dashboard link found on the Navigation pane.
