Q: Are these the final denominator lists for the measurement year?
A: No, the denominator list for the selected measure does not have continuous enrollment criteria applied. Continuous enrollment is applied after December 31 of the measurement year. Only during the measurement year grace period, which is January following the close of the measurement year, does eReports allow the user to download the final denominator list for each clinical measure.

Q. Are these the final denominator lists for the measurement year?
The denominator list for the selected measure does not apply continuous enrollment criteria. The eligible population used to calculate the final scores for all measures is defined as capitated Medi-Cal members. For measures in the Clinical domain, the member also has to be continuously enrolled with a PCP site, with continuous enrollment defined as being assigned for 9 out of 12 months between January 1st and December 31st of the measurement year. Medi-Medi or dually eligible members are excluded from all measures.
